Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Tags must be attached
Items must be in original packaging
Items must be free of stains, or damage
If items do not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, undergarments, socks, and any marked Final Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns for products purchased from third-party retailers.
How to Return
To start a return, please email infohinkora@gmail.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer store credit or gift cards in place of refunds.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
