Hinkora — Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. On holiday or weekends your orders will take up to 3 days for the shipping information to be updated. Shipping information will be varied based on how fast you would like to receive the item.

2. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International shipping is available across the world.  You, our valid customers have the option to choose when and how fast you would like to receive the package.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. You will always see the full cost before completing your purchase.

Our valid customers will be able to see the shipping fee at checkout base on the weight of the package and destination in which your items are being shipped. The cost will be available for you to see before completing your checkout

4. Carrier & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.

Once the order is placed our valid customers will be able to see the tracking information on the website and also will be notified via email and text messages upon request (optional).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Hinkora’s shipping fee.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather disruptions, or courier delays. We disclaim liability for such delays but will support you in tracking and resolving any issues.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist promptly.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order/s arrive damaged or if the mail was lost or stolen after the estimated delivery date. You our valid customer has 7 days to reach out to Hinkora via our contact information that is available. All tracking information is required as well as any necessary photo of the package arrive damage. All the necessary steps will be taken to have the issue resolve as quickly as possible. Update will be provided along the way.
